Helping veterans rediscover identity, purpose, and connection through nature, community, education, and storytelling.

Why We Exist

Too many veterans struggle in silence after military service ends.

Trail to Transformation Foundation exists to help veterans reconnect with purpose, self-worth, resilience, and community through outdoor experiences, educational programs, peer connection, and transformational storytelling.

No veteran should walk alone.

Meet Dr. Keith McNally

Marine veteran. Appalachian Trail hiker. Speaker. Founder.

After facing trauma, isolation, and the difficult transition beyond military service, Keith created the Trail to Transformation Foundation to help veterans rediscover meaning, connection, and hope through movement, nature, and community.

"The trail didn't fix me. But it reminded me I was still alive."

Support Hike

The Appalachian Trail is more than a hike.

It represents resilience, healing, endurance, and transformation.

Through long-distance hiking and storytelling, the Foundation raises awareness around veteran mental health, identity, and the power of reconnecting with purpose.
